OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

At SneakerTCG, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Because many of the products we sell—including limited-edition sneakers, streetwear, watches, Pokémon TCG products, and One Piece Card Game products—are often allocated, reserved, or released in limited quantities, we maintain a clear cancellation policy to ensure fairness for all customers.

By placing an order with SneakerTCG, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. CANCELLATION OF IN-STOCK ORDERS

Orders for in-stock products may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided that:

  • The order has not entered processing.

  • The order has not been packed for shipment.

  • A shipping label has not yet been generated.

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the order

  • Subject line: Order Cancellation Request

Our team will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

2. ONCE AN ORDER HAS ENTERED PROCESSING

Once an order has entered our fulfillment process, cancellation can no longer be guaranteed.

This includes situations where:

  • Inventory has been allocated.

  • Authentication checks have begun.

  • Packaging has started.

  • A shipping label has been created.

  • The order has been prepared for carrier collection.

At this stage, cancellation requests may be denied.

3. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders secure inventory before official release dates and are subject to special conditions.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Inventory is reserved specifically for your order.

  • Supplier allocations are secured in advance.

  • Payment is collected to guarantee stock allocation.

Therefore:

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from purchase.

  • Pre-orders cannot be modified once processing begins.

  • Pre-order deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.

4. LIMITED RELEASE PRODUCTS

Certain products may be released in highly limited quantities, including:

  • Exclusive sneakers

  • Limited streetwear drops

  • Special-edition watches

  • Pokémon TCG releases

  • One Piece Card Game releases

  • Collaboration products

  • Collector's editions

Because inventory is extremely limited, these orders may become non-cancellable shortly after purchase.

SneakerTCG reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests for limited-release products where stock has already been allocated.

5. AFTER SHIPMENT

Once an order has been shipped:

  • It can no longer be cancelled.

  • Ownership and transit responsibility transfer to the shipping carrier.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs may apply.

  • Return eligibility varies by product category.

6. REFUNDS FOR APPROVED CANCELLATIONS

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing typically takes 3–7 business days.

  • Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.

You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

7. FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect our customers and business, SneakerTCG reserves the right to:

  • Refuse cancellation requests associated with suspicious activity.

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud.

  • Request identity verification before approving cancellations or refunds.

  • Restrict future purchases from accounts abusing cancellation privileges.

8. ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

Address changes can only be made if:

  • The order has not entered shipping preparation.

  • Carrier documentation has not yet been generated.

We cannot guarantee address modifications once processing begins.

9. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Requests to:

  • Change sizes

  • Change products

  • Add items

  • Remove items

  • Change shipping methods

must be submitted before order processing begins.

Once inventory has been allocated, modifications may no longer be possible.

10. SNEAKERTCG'S RIGHT TO CANCEL

SneakerTCG reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Inventory errors

  • Pricing mistakes

  • Supplier allocation reductions

  • Fraud concerns

  • Payment verification issues

  • Shipping restrictions

  • Compliance requirements

In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
