2. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Products marked as Pre-Order are not currently in stock and will ship once inventory is received from our suppliers.

11. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a package is:

  • Refused by the recipient

  • Returned due to unpaid customs charges

any return shipping fees, customs charges, or carrier penalties may be deducted from the refund amount.

12. MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally ship separately depending on:

  • Pre-order allocations

Minor cosmetic imperfections to manufacturer packaging may occur during transportation and do not qualify as product defects.
