We specialize in authentic sneakers, streetwear, watches, Pokémon Trading Card Game products, One Piece Card Game products, and collectibles sourced through trusted suppliers and distribution channels.
We understand that purchasing collectible and premium products online requires confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights, responsibilities, and the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested.
By placing an order with SneakerTCG, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible products.
To qualify for a return:

All original packaging, tags, accessories, authenticity cards, and inserts must be included.

The item must not show signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to the customer.
2. SNEAKERS & STREETWEAR RETURNS
Sneakers and streetwear may be returned if:

They are unworn and unused.

Original tags remain attached.
-
Original shoe boxes, dust bags, packaging, and accessories are included.

No signs of wear, creasing, odor, stains, or damage are present.
To protect product authenticity, all returned items undergo inspection before any refund is approved.
3. WATCH RETURNS
Watches may be returned within 30 days provided:

The watch remains unworn.

Protective stickers have not been removed (where applicable).

Original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories are included.

The watch has not been resized, modified, or damaged.
Any watch showing signs of use may be refused.
4. POKÉMON TCG & ONE PIECE CARD GAME PRODUCTS
Due to the collectible nature of trading card products, additional restrictions apply.

Products with removed or damaged shrink wrap.

Products showing signs of tampering.
These policies protect all customers from searched, resealed, weighed, or compromised products.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

6. PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL RELEASES
All pre-orders are considered final once placed.
Because inventory is allocated and secured in advance from suppliers:

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after processing.

Pre-orders cannot be returned before shipment.

Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change.
If SneakerTCG cannot fulfill a pre-order due to supplier allocation issues, a full refund will be issued.
7. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
